Online therapy provides the same high-quality support as in-person sessions, with added convenience. Relax in your favorite spot with a cup of tea and a cozy blanket while we connect through my HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform on your phone, tablet or laptop. I currently offer therapy exclusively through telehealth, this format provides significant advantages that can enhance your therapeutic experience. Telehealth allows us to connect flexibly and conveniently, fitting seamlessly into your busy life. You can engage in therapy from the comfort of your own home or private office at work. Additionally, the virtual format eliminates travel time and allows for greater flexibility in scheduling. My HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform ensures that our sessions remain secure.

My rate for a 55-minute individual, couple, or family session is $150. I have a limited number of reduced fee spots available for those with financial need.
For those who prefer extended sessions, I also offer 90-minute EMDR and couples sessions. These longer sessions are prorated based on the 55-minute session fee.

I’ve chosen not to accept insurance to offer you the most personalized and flexible care. This allows me to focus entirely on your needs and tailor our sessions to your goals without the limitations of insurance constraints. Since insurance often requires specific diagnoses for coverage and may not include couples or family therapy unless a member has a qualifying condition, this approach helps ensure you get the support you need. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a detailed invoice to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

The duration of therapy varies based on individual needs and goals. Research tells us that for some, short-term therapy focused on specific issues may lead to significant improvement in 8 to 20 sessions. This is often the case with approaches like EMDR for single incident trauma (such as a car accident) or when addressing a specific relational issue that has popped up recently in a couple or family.
For more complex issues—such as trauma that occurred over many years, chronic depression or anxiety, or ongoing relationship difficulties—therapy may extend to 6 months, a year, or more. The timeline depends on the complexity of the issues, the goals of therapy, and the level of engagement from those involved.

Most clients typically meet with me once a week or once every two weeks, depending on their needs and the issues we're working on. As you begin to make progress and feel more confident in managing your challenges, we may gradually reduce the frequency of our sessions.
It's important to attend therapy regularly and consistently, especially in the beginning, to build momentum and create lasting change. Regular sessions help maintain focus, reinforce new insights and skills, and ensure that we're addressing any new or ongoing challenges as they arise.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or fail to show up at the appointment without notice (“no-show”), excluding emergency situations, I have the right to charge you for the full amount of the session.
As a small business, my time and resources are dedicated to your care, and when a session is missed without proper notice, it directly impacts my ability to maintain my practice and serve clients. This policy ensures that I can continue to provide high-quality services to all those who rely on my care.
